Visiting Indian leader Sinha confers with Bhattarai

KATHMANDU: Visiting former Indian Minister and leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Yashwant Sinha, today called on Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

Sinha, who is in a three-day visit to Nepal, held discussions on peace process and Nepal’s latest political development, said Prime Minister’s aide Prashanta Lamichhane.

During the meeting, the two leaders held discussions on strengthening issues of bilateral economic relations, mutual interests and concerns. RSS
