Tribhuvan Army Club beats Molave FC, Assam in Eastern International Gold Cup

KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan Army Club has entered semifinals of the ongoing Eastern International Gold Cup at Domalal Rajbamshi Stadium in Jhapa by defeating Molave FC, Assam.
Tribhuvan Army Club beat Molave FC 2-0 in a match on Wednesday. For Tribhuvan Army Club, Tek Bahadur Budhathoki and Dipak Gurung scored one goal each, leading to the victory.
Budhathoki hit a first goal in the sixth minute helping Tribhuvan Army Club take the lead. He utilised a cross pass from Tanka Basnet from the right corner and scored. Dipak Gurung’s free kick turned into a second goal leading to the 2-0 victory.
Budhathoki was announced the man of the match for the match. Church Boys FC Kathmandu and Gorkha Boys FC Butwal are competing on November 7.
