Tipper hits two to death
Two motorcyclists died on the spot when a sand-laden tipper hit them at Matihani in west Chitwan.
Khem Raj Mahato and Bishal Chaudhary of Patihani-1 died when the tipper (Ba 2 Kha 6161) hit the motorcycle (Na 5 Pa 3163) coming from the opposite direction, confirmed the District Police Office, Chitwan.
The youths at their 20s had left home for Manakamana temple for offering worship. The dead bodies of Mahato and Chaudhary have been taken to Bharatpur Hospital for post-mortem.
