The Maoist’s Grand Design Is to Finish the Parliamentary System
By Dirgha Raj Prasai:
After capturing the state power with much effort the Maoists have come to recognize the nature of Nepali Congress (NC) and the UML. The Maoists had never given any importance to these parties nor will it ever give any importance in future. Before 2005 the Maoists killed innocent civilians on false charge on spying in the villages, they tricked and killed police and the army, robbed banks, extorted money from people and resorted to killing those who did not consent to their evil demands. They slaughtered many Cows of the villagers to show them that they are Christians for their benefit. The Maoists destroyed physical infrastructure of the state, threatened the ruling Congress and UML, and selectively killed their activists and journalists. How will such a party of robbers abandon state power after taking it under control? But, forgetting all the criminals’ activities of Maoist, the Congress and UMLs are busy for lobbying Baburam and Prachanda to come to state power. But, Maoists have been bluffing, ‘We will hand over the state power as soon as consensus is reached,’ Maoists are merely making them idiot.
The Congressmen are bearing the corpse of dead interim constitution, and lobbying another Congress voted President Rambaran Yadav to remove Baburam Bhattarai from government. The Congress and UML leaders are also in confidence with the corrupt Madhesi leaders. The Congress and UML leaders need to be aware of the fact that majority of the Maoists were trained by the Indian intelligence, and the Maoists army was also trained in India under full security. India was able to trick the armed Maoists and the Congress and UML into signing a 12-point understanding. They were used to launch an attack on Nepal under the pretext of people’s uprising as per Indian design to bring Nepal under its subordination. The Maoists scheme of capturing the state power is part of this bigger conspiracy carried out under Indian support. Do you think they will hand over the government and power to Congress and UML? Not the state but will make them eat ‘shit’!
It must not be forgotten that all this destructive process was actuated by NC leader Girija and UML’s Madhav Nepal among such leaders. If they had been incarcerated during the King’s rule, and subjected to punishment the Maoists would not have sought Indian slavery. In 1991 the Maoists rose primarily against Girija’s corrupt and misguided governance, and leaders like Madhav Nepal. Guided by lust for power Girija abandoned the ideology of NC’s founding leader BP, sending it to the grave. He became a confidant of Indian intelligence to hand over the Nepalese nationality. With the backing of Indian intelligence the culprit- Madhav Nepal abolished the 1990 constitution in the formulation of which he had participated. He also became a confidant of the Indian RAW and mafia to allow his motherland to be swallowed. He joined hands with the Maoists who were nourished by India.
Had the Maoist leaders Baburam Bhattarai and Prachanda chosen a democratic path and subjected the corrupt leaders in Congress and UML to a whipping from Gorkha’s baton they would have become a subject of gratitude. But we resent the fact that the Maoists too became a weapon at the hands of Indian intelligence. The Baburam Bhattarai before the 12 point pact of 2005 was a character everyone trusted. But now he has fallen prey to Indian trap. He has not only destroyed his own nationalist career but has betrayed the nation. It would have been lot better had he not become the Prime Minister. What the hell, he has earned only insulting and humiliation. His name will be written in history as a great culprit and traitor.
In 1950 when King Tribhuvan had left Narayanhiti to take shelter in Delhi Thidde Kharel (Agni Prasad- a common villager of Taplejung had taken the opportunity to sit on the throne and declare himself as the King. Similarly, Rambaran Yadav is looking to become the King by bearing the dead interim constitution. The Congress and UML leaders are trying to capture the state power without Madhesi leaders’ support. Like the Maoists these corrupt Madhesi leaders are also a few selected confidants of the Indian government who have been bestowed with facilities. The Indian intelligence maintains a direct contact with these contractors, who are made to carry a basket of ethnic federalism.
If Congress and UML believe that Madhesi traitors will want to lose their grasp on the state power and hand over the regime then Congress and UML deserve that ‘shit’. It must be noted that the person, who had arranged the environment for the Maoists and the Madhesi to come to state power on the night of 28 August, 2011 has become the chief of the Indian intelligence agency ‘RAW’–Alok Joshi. A few years ago he was Nepal chief of RAW. The Indian conspiracy is on to vandalize Nepal through Baburam Bhattarai and Prachanda. Will the Maoists and Madhesi parties hand over the state to Congress and UML? The Maoists are aware of the antics of Congress and UML. The Maoists do not want to look at these bastards– Congressmen and UML leaders – not even with an infected eye. All the so called activists, leaders, advocates and rotten supporters of the civil society, bred by CIA, European nation’s representatives, RAW and some foreign patrons, are all supportive of the Maoists.
All the robbers, criminals and murderers are in the government; some working as advisors. The Maoists have them all around– some tailing behind and some in front worshipping. The Maoists want Congress and UML to pour bitterness through media and they are enjoying this. Like the saying- ‘the crow will continue to crow and the oil-cake will continue to dry up.’ ‘Too much cunningness overreaches itself.’ Actually, a dumb person falls once but a clever person trips four times. Now we can see the similarity. What a misfortune for the nation!
The talks of agreement or disagreement are all lie. It is meaningless for the expired president- Rambaran to say that he is the guardian of a dead constitution. Nepal’s legal experts are affiliated to one political party or the other or they are working as representatives of foreign elements. So the separate and distinct definitions presented by majority of these legal experts only help to create further confusion. Should we only talk about the advocates? The former Chief Justices (CJs) of the Supreme Court also suggested ingratiating tone for their personal benefits some position from the state. We come to know this if we are to analyze the attitudes of these former CJs by the statements they made to Rambaran Yadav. Everyone’s trustworthy the then CJ Bishwannath Upadhaya suggested to reinstate the parliament dissolved by the PM in 1994. The same CJ contradicted his move acting upon a recommendation of another PM by saying that a dissolved parliament cannot be reinstated. When a Chief Justice whom we trust turns out to be like that then how can we expect anything from others?
In 2005 the same former CJ Bishwonath wrote numerous times to reinstate which was unconstitutional and suicidal demand that the parliament had dissolved four years ago by the majority government under NC headed by Sherbahadur Deuba. And he led NC leader Girija on the same path. Then after the 12 point understanding, the demand of the people’s uprising was centered on reinstating the dead parliament. The Maoists and the Christian missionaries were increasing their activity in the uprising and it was intensifying. On 24 April, 2006 the King, out of compulsion to stop bloodshed, reinstated the parliament dissolved in 2001. The uprising came to an end. What misfortune?
I want to reveal a mysterious subject here. It is rumored that all the computers and furniture in the SC is provided by Christian missions. Can the justices, who cannot measure the ramifications of consuming the materials donated by Christian organizations, be capable of decisive thoughts? It is our appeal to the current CJ and the justices of the SC to investigate the truth pertaining to the rumor and take stern action against the administration. Should one consume poison just because someone has requested him to do so? The foreigners are conspiring in various ways to dismember Nepal’s identity, existence and unity. With the advent of democracy in 1950 the increasing activities of foreign conspiratorial games and Christian missions’ multifaceted character have remained inscrutable. We cannot know who will be used by whom, and when, and how? Nepal has become an open battleground for foreigners after 2006.
It is a strategy of the Maoists to capture the nation by creating a constitutional vacuum. The identity of Baburam Bhattarai, and the source of his manipulation have been published in media time and again. Baburam Bhattarai is currently a very dangerous individual for Nepal. He feels more powerful by the minute as Alok Joshi has become the ‘RAW’ chief. When he was second man in RAW, Bhattarai agreed on providing ministerial portfolios to 12 Madhesi Morcha’s leaders in a mid night decision. He handed over the sensitive ministries of Defense, Information and Home to pro-Indian Madhesi leaders with an aim of synchronizing the government policies to that of Indian policy. What will happen to Nepal in the future when such an anti-Nepal individual has become the chief of Indian intelligence? It is a matter needing analysis.
The so-called parliamentary parties-Congress, UML, the Maoists and the corrupt Panchas (royalists of the Panchayat era), who do not want to discard the sensitive issues of the nation for trivial interests, are very dangerous for the nation. Now it is clear. We are all facing the consequences of this. Can we ever turn a donkey into a cow by bathing it? Meanwhile, Baburam Bhattarai is not inclined to leave his position even if he has to die. To save the grand sovereign existence of this nation all should abandon their self-interest. A legal way should be opened for King Gyanendra to run the nation on the foundation of the 1990 constitution. The traitors that came to the fore of national politics after 2006 must be punished for treason. All the nationalist strength, the permanent organs of the state– the Court, Nepal Army, Police and the administration must work effectively to save the nation.
