Chairman Thapa, while referring to the overture of the Janashakti Party’s unity proposal, said though the party unity was essential at a time the country was being disintegrated in the name of federalism, monarchy could not be given up in the name of party unity.
Chairman Thapa said this while welcoming the new entrants to the party from Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party Nepal at a programme in the capital on Thursday.
