Tansen-Butwal road blocked by landslide
KATHMANDU: The Tansen-Butwal road has been blocked since this morning after landslide occurred on the road due to incessant rains.
The road was obstructed as landslide fell over the road at Kalimati, Kerabari in Masyam-5 of Palpa district under the road section. No vehicles have run from 7:00 am today. The landslide was caused because of incessant rains from Wednesday night.
Vehicles going to Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Syangja and Butwal are stranded on the road. Problem has been raised as rains are continuing while making efforts for clearing off the landslide, said the District Police Office Palpa. RSS
