KATHMANDU: Different 10 students’ organizations have demanded scrapping of election of the Constituent Assembly (CA) declared by the government for November 22 saying it was unconstitutional.

The organizations also demanded immediate resignation of Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai saying the Prime Minister declared the CA election willfully.
The organizations including the Nepal Students’ Union (NSU), All Nepal National Free Students’ Union (ANNFSU), among others, demonstrated to protest in front of different colleges today.

Traffic was obstructed due to the demonstrations. The organizations said that they will continue the agitation unless the Prime Minister tendered his resignation. RSS
