Minister Kiranti has said this at a time when concepts have been floated by some parties that constitution would be promulgated by pending the state restructuring issue.

A constitution without the state restructuring will not honor the people’s spirit, he said, and added that restructuring could be a continual process.

Speaking at a press meet organized by the Revolutionary Journalists Association in Damak of Jhapa this morning, Kiranti pointed out the need to reconsider the ethnic policies of Maoists from that of the 2051 BS.

He also recalled that Maoists had brought a policy to address the Khas community lately. RSS
