Socialist Party Nepal may go for street protest: DPM Upendra Yadav

BIRATNAGAR: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population Upendra Yadav has said that his party could resort to street protest if the constitution was not amended as per their demand.
DPM Yadav, also chair of Socialist Party Nepal, argued that there were some errors in the constitution and that should be amended and corrected soon. Addressing an orientation programme organized for the province-1 level cadres of the party here today, chair Yadav said his party and Dr Baburam Bhattarai led party former a stronger force to institutionalize changes in the country.
Similarly, SPN’s another chair, Dr Baburam Bhattarai claimed that their party would emerge an alternative force posing challenges to two bid traditional parties.
Senior leader Ashok Rai shared that the new party was formed to live up to the peoples needs and expectations.
