Singer Dolma entices Belgians, urges to visit Nepal
Tek Nepali/N24 (Belgium): Famous Nepali singing nun Ani Choyiing Dolma while serving a variety of Nepalese songs, has called on Belgians to visit and invest in Nepal.
She said so while performing at a cultural program organized at the Belgium’s famous tourist destination Chad Fountain. The program was participated by over 7 hundred foriegners in which Ani had sung her most popular song ” Phul ko ankhama ….” in German and Nepalese language.
Speaking at the program Chad Fountain’s mayor Daniel Backlani said that he has never got the oppurtunity to visit Nepal. However, he expressed great interest in visiting Nepal stating that it is an interesting nation with terai, mountains and himalayas.
While expressing great interest in Nepal’s multicultural and diverse living, he pledged to make investment in Nepal’s prosperity.
Along with him around five hundred participants expressed intent to visit and invest in Nepal.
The program was jointly inaugrated by Chad Fountain’s mayor and Nepal’s ambassador to Belgium Ram Mani Pokhrel and was organized to raise funds for the Welfare foundation.
On the occassion, Ani made it clear that Nepal’s political instability was not as potrayed in media. She said that political instability was affecting some political echelons of Nepal and assured the participants of investment friendly environment in her country.
