Shashank says future bleak if no constitution

N24 Correspondent, CHITWAN: A leader from the main opposition party, Nepali Congress, has claimed that political parties will loose relevance in the post May 27 period, if they fail to promulgate the new constitution on the said date.
Speaking at program in Chitwan on Sunday, Shashank Koirala, stressed on the need to garner solidarity, consensus and collaboration between political forces to fullfill the CA’s mandate.
Stating that conclusion of the peace process has been delayed due to the Maoists, who are in the Government and the parliament, he said politics cannot function without mutual trust.
