Relief package for adversely affected families

Krishna Dawadi, KASKI: The Gandaki State government is preparing to announce free of cost relief package to the poor and daily wage earning families. The State level supplies and monitoring committee under the State government is bringing the relief package to the needy ones badly affected due to the ongoing lockdown.
The poor families in self-quarantine, street children, daily wage labourers’ families will benefit from the package.
A committee led by Industry, Tourism and Environment Minister Bikas Lamsal is preparing to deliver the relief support to such families in coordination with the bodies concerned.
The committee has also launched a mobile app to identify such families and to be connected with them in such adverse situation, Minister Lamsal said. The committee is preparing to form task force to monitor the market and check for black marketing.
The committee comprises chief district officer, state police chief, representatives from chamber of commerce, FNCCI, consumer rights protection committee representatives, media persons among others. RSS
