Prime Minister Oli meets his counterpart Modi, PM Oli’s Three-Day Visit Itinerary

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli met his counterpart Narendra Modi today ahead of delegation level talks tomorrow.
During the meeting held at the Indian Prime Minister’s residence at Lokkalyanmarga this evening, they held discussion on bilateral relations and mutual interests.
PM Oli shared that they held important discussion on Nepal’s economic prosperity and development. He further explained that they discussed the agenda on how to advance Nepal’s prosperity and how can te mutual benefits can be gained.
PM Oli said that Nepal and India have seen expansion of further cordial relations and there is no any inequality and mistrust between them.
The one-on-one meeting between the two Prime Ministers has been taken in an important manner.
Prime Minister noted that Nepal-India relation has reached to a new height and expressed that it will gain more in coming days.
Meanwhile, in a dinner meet hosted by Nepali Embassy here today, Prime Minister Oli also held a discussion with chief and representatives of diplomatic mission looking after Nepal from New Delhi.

PM Oli’s Three-Day Visit Itinerary
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will be accorded a ceremonial reception on Saturday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan where he will call on President Ram Nath Kovind.

Delegation-level talks between PM Oli and Indian PM Modi will be also held on Saturday. The talks will be followed by remote inauguration of development projects and press statements, according to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
On Saturday, Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh will also call on PM Oli separately.
During the visit, PM  Oli will also call on Indian Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu.
On the third day of his visit, PM Oli will visit the GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
He will visit the Breeder Seed Production Centre and an integrated farming project there.
PM Oli will also be conferred with an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science at the university.
He will then leave for Kathmandu later in the evening from Delhi.
