Prez urges to deliver constitution by May 27

KATHMANDU: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has called on political parties to promulgate the new constitution by May 27. Speaking at a program organized to inaugurate the information center built at the Election Commission, President Yadav said that constitution is necessary to for the development of democracy.
Claiming that the first aspiration of all Nepalese was to receive a new constitution on May 27, he urged Constituent Assembly Chairman Subash Nembang, to do the needful in that direction.
The newly built information center has been built with direct cooperation from the Australian embassy and is expected to provide total information about the elector system.
