Prez conferres honorary Nepali Army General title to Indian Army Chief
General Singh was conferred the title in recognition to his contribution to the Indian Army.
Vice-President Parmanand Jha, Chief of Army Staff Chhatraman Singh Gurung, Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Jayant Prasad Singh and other high ranking officials were present at the function held at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas.
General Singh has been serving the Indian army for the past 40 years. RSS
