President Bhandari observers Bhoto jatra
KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday graced the Bhoto or jewel studded vest, displayed at Jawalakhel as part of the Rato Machhindranath procession. There is an age-old practice of the Head of the State observing the Bhotojatra to mark the end of the procession every year.
Acting Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel, ministers, mayor of Lalitpur metropolitan city Chiribabu Maharjan, deputy mayor Gita Satyal, members of House of Representatives representing from Lalitpur and state-assembly members were present on the occasion. RSS
