Prachanda, Koirala agree to forge consensus within Prez’s deadline

Main ruling party UCPN (Maoist) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and main opposition party Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala has agreed to give an outlet to the country within the extended deadline of the President Dr Rambaran Yadav.
The meeting between Prachanda and Koirala held at former’s residence Lazimpat this morning also concluded to intensify the parleys between the parties to attain the much-hyped national consensus.
Though leader duo dwelled upon various alternatives for the formation of consensus government, but they couldn’t come to an agreement, said source close to Prachanda.
