Poudel terms Maoist protest a ‘Hitler and Mussolini style’

Nepali Congress Vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel has accused the ruling UCPN-Maoist of heading towards fascism.
Talking to media persons here today, Vice-President Poudel said the ruling Maoist party was trying to impose authoritarianism by leading the country towards despotism.
It is Hitler and Mussolini style of the Maoists to protest in the streets and head the government at the same time, he argued.
He expressed grave concern over the act of the government to drain out the exchequer by doling out money to the party cadres.
Meanwhile, at a programme at Dipayal of Doti, leader Poudel said the struggle launched by the opposition parties would corner the Maoists like the ex-king.
