Oli slams federalist alliance initiative of ruling parties

SARLAHI: CPN UML leader K P Oli has accused the ruling parties of ploying to extend their stay in power through their recent initiative to form federalist alliance.

Speaking at a program here, oli claimed that the initiative to form federalist alliance was a strategy to capture state power.

He accused the Maoist of pushing the nation into quagmire of ethnic clashes through their latest slogans which polarised parties on the basis of ethnic federalism.

On the occasion, he further accused the Maoist of not working sincerely to draft the constitution also to capture the state power.
