Nepal successfully launches country first Satellite from NASA-Virginia Center

Purushottam Dhakal, Los Angeles: Nepal enter in to global space age by launching its first satellite ‘Nepal Sat-1″ on today.
The launch of the satellite ‘Nepal Sat-1″ takes place in the Mid Atlantic Regional Spaceport at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Virginia’s East Shore, today US Eastern time 4: 46 PM.
The Birds-3 Program is an effort in collaboration with Nepal’s Government and the Japanese Space Agency, (JAXA) which coordinate the launch of Nepal’s first Satellite ‘Nepal Sat-1″.
NASA’s and Japanese Space Agency, (JAXA) confirmed Nepal’s first satellite ‘Nepal Sat-1″ launch from Mid Atlantic Regional Spaceport at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia’s on Wednesday US Eastern time 4: 46 PM Today. Two Nepali Young Scientist Aabhash Maskey and Hariram Shrestha made Nepal Sat-1.
