Nepal’s envoy Sundas presents letter to Bahrain Chair

KATHMANDU: Nepali Ambassador to Bahrain Padam Sundas held discussion with Chair of Council of Representatives of Bahrain, Fawzia Abdulla on unleashing Nepal’s tourism potentials.
Matters related to women leadership and developments in Nepal along with bilateral interests were discussed on the occasion, according to the Nepali Embassy in Manama.
The discussion was held while handing over the proposed name list of parliamentarians sent by Parliament Secretariat of Nepal on bringing the bilateral ties between the two countries to a new height.
Ambassador Sundas has also constituted a Nepal-Bahrain friendship group to impart a message of cordial bilateral relations, the embassy noted.
Accepting the proposal of Nepal-Bahrain Friendship Group, Chair Abdulla pledged to send the list of parliamentarians from Bahrain in an opportune time.
She also expressed her ever-readiness to provide necessary cooperation to the Nepali embassy’s efforts to bring Nepal-Bahrain bilateral ties to a new height.
Also present on the occasion were high-placed officials of Council of Representatives and Kahagaraj Pandey of Nepali Embassy.
