Nepal’s 8th National Games: Tribhuvan Army Club leads with 136 medals to its portfolio

NEPALGUNJ: Tribhuvan Army Club has dominated the 8th National Games so far with the total 136 medals (60 gold, 41 silver and 35 bronze) to its name.
The race is followed by Armed Police Force Club with a total of 78 medals (25 gold, 22 silver and 31 bronze). Likewise, Nepal Police Club has been ranked third with the total 70 medals (24 gold, 23 silver and 23 bronze).
State 3 has claimed fourth place with 62 medals (10 gold, 18 silver and 35 bronze), Far-West state fifth with 27 medals (seven gold, five silver and 15 bronze), Gandaki State sixth with 39 medals (six gold, 10 silver and 23 bronze) and state 2 seventh with 18 medals (six gold, six silver and six bronze).
State 5 has got eighth place with 41 medals (four gold, 12 silver and 25 bronze), while state 1 ninth with 44 medals (three gold, 10 silver and 31 bronze), Karnali state 10th with five medals (two gold, one silver and one bronze) and Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) 11th with four medals (two gold and two bronze).
The remaining 781 medals (223 gold, 223 silver and 335 bronze) are yet to be claimed, said Bhim Oli, President of the state 5 sports development committee.
