Nepal saved from yet another plane crash

KATHMANDU: A Tara Air aircraft has been landed at Surkhet airport after it hit a bird while flying to Nepalgunj from Jumla at 11:00 am, this morning.

Co-pilot Abhishek Rai was injured after the window pane of the plane was hit by a bird, but all the passengers are unharmed, the Tara Air said. The plane has been kept in Surkhet for test by a technical team of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). RSS
