Nepal High Court order to arrest Minister Khadga Bahadur Khatri
KATHMANDU: The High Court Patan has issued an order to arrest Minister for Physical Infrastructure of Karnali state Khadga Bahadur Khatri. Minister Khatri has been charged of issuing a forged bank guarantee.
The bank guarantee worth Rs. 11.08 million was issued by five persons including Minister Khatri. The bank guarantee from Agriculture Development Bank, Bhojpur was submitted to the District Technical Office, Bhojpur.
The arrest order was handed down by the commercial bench of the country, comprising high court judges Srikant Poudel and Tek Prasad Dhungana.
