NC’s Paudel promises identity to Muslims in constitution

KATHMANDU: National Muslim Struggle Alliance submitted a memorandum today to Vice-President of the Nepal Congress Ram Chandra Paudel by demanding guarantee of identity and rights of the Muslim community in the new constitution.
A delegation led by Coordinator of the Alliance, Sadrum Miya Hak submitted the memo at Paudel’s residence in Boharatar.
Receiving the memo, Paudel said that they are aware of guaranteeing rights of all communities, classes, including indigenous nationalities, ethnic and Muslim communities in the new constitution. RSS
