NC weak in main opposition role: Koirala
CHITWAN: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has said the party is weak in the role of main opposition.
Talking to media-persons here today, he asserted that the party should prove its strong presence as main opposition. According to him, the party somehow failed to assert itself as main opposition especially in the issues like price hike, corruption and violence against women including the rape and murder of Nirmala Panta. “It seems that the party is in confusion.”
On a different note, he said discussions with party cadres were going on about the future course of the party leadership.
