National Football Team to play second-phase qualification of FIFA World Cup announced

KATHMANDU: The Nepali National Football Team to play in second-phase qualification of FIFA World Cup Football to be held in Qatar in 2020 has been announced. The team would play against Kuwait and Chinese Taipei.
According to the All Nepal Football Association, the 23-member team has been announced. Nepal will play against Kuwait on September 5 and against Chinese Taipei on September 10.
The 23-member team includes Kiran Chemjong, Bikesh Kuthu and Bishal Shrestha,Saroj Dahal, Ajit Bhandari, Dinesh Rajbanshi, Ananta Tamang, Devendra Tamang, Rohit Chand, Sunil Bal, Rabi Paswan, Anjan Bista, Sujal Shrestha, Bimal Gharti Magar, Avishek Rijal and Nabayug Shrestha, among others.
