MJF stands against funds given to Prachanda’s son

KATHMANDU: Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MFJ) Nepal-Loktantraik has taken exception to the government decision to dole out Rs 20 million to an expedition team comprising son of Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Prakash.

A meeting of the parliamentary party of MJF-Loktantrik held today in Singha Durbar condemned the government decision to provide grant to the family members of the top leaders at a time when the country people were living under poverty and starvation, party leader Saratsingh Bhandari said after the meeting.

Government move is stupid and anti-national, he added.

The meeting also expressed dissatisfaction to the government apathy for the implementation of the four-point agreement signed by the government and   United Democratic Madhesi Front.

Bhandari said, “Support to the government is in accordance with the four-point deal. Dillydallying its implementation is the violation of the four-point agreement.” RSS
