Disqualified combatants call of band in east
Bhadrapur, March 7: Vehicular movement has come back to smooth operation from this morning after disgruntled ex-fighters of the UCPN (Maoist) on Tuesday put off shutdown enforced since last Sunday.
Agitating ex-fighters had resorted to enforce shutdown for an indefinite period to pile pressure on the government to address their demands, which includes removal of tag of ‘disqualified’, providing economic package by government, among others. RSS
