Minister Dhakal lauds cooperative’s role
BARA: Minister for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Eknath Dhakal has stressed the need of collective efforts to address the problem of unemployment, the main cause of poverty.
Opening the fifth anniversary celebrations of the Hatemalo Debit and Credit Cooperatives at Simara Sunday, Minister Dhakal said the role of cooperatives was very significant in the nation’s economy.
The concept of cooperatives has been successful also in uniting the Nepali society with diversities, he said and praised the role of cooperatives to make the nation’s agricultural sector sustainable. RSS
