Maoist-Morcha decide to seek consensus in package
KATHMANDU: While opposition parties are rooting against the government and its move to bring full budget, coalition partners- UCPN Maoist and Joint Democratic Madheshi Front (JDMF)- discussed both issues on Monday morning.
The meet held at the Prime Ministers residence has assigned the responsibility to hold negotiations on outstanding issues.
Exiting the meeting, Minister for Information and Communication, Raj Kishor Yadav informed that the understanding with other parties will be sought in a package that will incorporate issues related to budget, constitution drafting and government formation with other parties.
The meeting has also concluded to bring full budget by taking opposition parties into confidence, Minister Yadav informed.
Maoist Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal, caretaker PM Baburam Bhattarai, JDMF coordinator and DPM Bijay Kumar Gachhadar among other leaders were present at the meeting.
