Looter opens fire and robs Rs 2 million
A group of unidentified looters has looted two million rupees from Raj Dev Chaudhary in a broad day light today at Padaula of Mahottari. The looters have also opened fire upon Chaudhary, who was heading towards Belba Sarpallo after withdrawing cash from Janakpur.
An unidentified group fired him by intercepting at Padaula market and fled as soon as looting the money, a Police Officer at District Police Office, Mahottari informed. Chaudhary, who runs IME (International Money Exchange) in Sarpallo, has also sustained bullet injury in his leg.
Police have intensified a search to nab the masked looters.
