Leaders throng Shital Niwas

KATHMANDU:
Leaders of the political parties representing the dissolved Constituent Assembly have reached the President Dr Ram Baran Yadav’s official residence Shital Niwas for an all-party-meeting called by the President to find the outlet for the current crisis after the major political forces failed to forge much-hyped national consensus.
Following the failure of the four major four political forces- UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and United Madeshi Democratic Front (UDMF)- to recommend the Prime Minister candidate of national consensus, the head of the state has called an all-party-meeting for searching a way-out for current crisis.
The fifth deadline of the President for the parties to come up with Prime Minister candidate had expired on Saturday without any major breakthrough on ending the disputes between  the ruling and opposition parties.
