Leader Nepal proposes mobilizing Nepal Army in the upcoming election

KATHMANDU:
CPN (UML) senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has proposed to mobilize Nepal Army and Armed Police Force to hold the election if the ruling UCPN (Maoist) is skeptical over the police administration for holding the election.
Speaking at a program in Kathmandu on Tuesday, Former Prime Minister Nepal said: “Maoist might be suspicious that the Prime Minister or Home Minister might misuse the police administration during the election. If that’s the case, we can mobilize Nepal Army and Armed Police Force for the election. However, the election should be held by Baisakh at any cost.”
Advising the Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai to put into paper, he also ruled out the possibility of Congress and UML joining the Dr Bhattarai led government. He said that there isn’t any possibility of consensus in the existing situation.
