Koirala defends CJ led govt decision

Kathmandu:
Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala said that the formation of an election government under the leadership of Chief Justice Khilraj Regmi could not be against the party decision.
He expressed his hope that CJ himself would respond to the doubts raised nationwide that principle of separation of powers would be affected if he headed the government.
Speaking at a program organized on the 103rd birth anniversary of democratic revolutionary figure  Subarna Shamser jointly by the Subarna Shamser Trust and NC Kathmandu in the capital on Thursday, leader Koirala  said fresh election to the Constituent Assembly was the first priority of  his party.
On the occasion, he released a book entitled “Subarna Shamser, Politics of Dedication” penned by litterateur Krishna Dharabasi.
