United Madhesi Democratic Front (UDMF) leader Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar has said that the discussion on government leadership will move ahead only after the agreement on the disputed issues of the new constitution.
Speaking with the media-persons at Pokhara Airport on Friday, Gachhadar, who is also the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, expressed the confidence that a national consensus government would be formed only after an agreement in a package.
He said the ruling coalition was ready to accept the leadership of president of Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala, if opposition parties including NC forge consensus on the contents of the constitution.
