Kicked out from party, Bhandari calls aides to form new party
KATHMANDU: Former leader of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) Sarat Singh Bhandari has called a national gathering of his loyalists on June 27 in the capital to chalk out the plans for a new political party.
Leader Bhandari was recently sacked from the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) on the charge of carrying out activities against the party interest.
Organizing a press meet here today, Bhandari said the gathering of cadres who resigned from the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik), leading cadres and youths will announce a new political party and prepare statute and other structures as well.
On the occasion, Bhandari made it clear that the proposed party would work for the cause of marginalized people of Himalayan, hilly and Madhes regions.
During the press meet, leader Bhandari accused the Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar for failing to do many things against his promises to Madhesis.
Likewise, nine central members of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) have resigned from the party today also. On Sunday too, nine central members had quit the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik) expressing their dissatisfaction to the party leadership. RSS
