Kerosene tanker ablaze after accident

HETAUNDA: A tanker with 6,000 liters of kerosene en route to Kathmandu from Amritgunj, Bara set ablaze to entire damage in a road accident at Basamadi-3, Lebat along the East-West Highway at 2 am last night. The kerosene-loaded tanker (Na 2 Kha 409) met with accident after it lost its control, confirmed the District Police Office, Makawanpur. Locals along with fire engine were mobilized to take the fire under control. Tanker driver having had minor injury in the incident is undergoing treatment in Hetauda Hospital, police said. RSS
