Janasamparka Samiti’s global training kicks off in Copenhagen
COPENHAGEN: Nepali Janasamparka Samiti’s global-level training kicked off in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, on Friday evening. Janasamparka Samiti is a liaison organization of Nepali immigrants close to the Nepali Congress.
In the first day of the three-day training, the celebration of the 14th anniversary of Nepali Janasamparka Samiti, Denmark Chapter along with meaningful interaction on pertinent political issues were held, said Mukti Acharya, Secretary, Central Policy, Research and Training Academy (CPRTA), Nepali Congress.
During the training, John Ford, former Director, Danish Institute for Parties and Democracy (DIPD), presented working paper on ‘Global Warming: Effects and Responsibilities’. Likewise, Dr Amrit Rai, Associate Professor, Southern University, Denmark presented working paper on ‘Denmark’s health system: Education for Nepal’. Agro expert Suraj Dhakal presented working paper on ‘Modern Agriculture System’.
NC Vice-President and CPRTA Coordinator Bimalendra Nidhi inaugurated the ceremony chaired by Janasamparka Samiti Denmark President Birendra Singh Karki.
Central leaders, including general secretary Dr Shashank Koirala addressed the training ceremony.
Also speaking on the occasion were Nepali Ambassador to Denmark Yubanath Lamsal and International Vice-Chairperson of Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) Kul Acharya.
