Ghani Offers Conditional Legitimacy to Afghan Taliban
(VOA): Afghan President Ashraf Ghani offered unconditional peace talks with the Afghan Taliban on Wednesday during the Kabul Process Conference in the nation's capital, and he asked for a cease-fire.
