KATHMANDU: Representatives of the Federation of Nepalis Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) today met Nepali Congress (NC) President Sushil Koirala at the latter’s residence in Maharajgunj.

On the occasion, the FNCCI team informed Koirala about the impacts of political transition on industry and commerce sectors

The industrialists demanded end to political transition saying that parties’ failure to draft a new constitution has badly affected country’s industrial sector.

Former President of the FNCCI, Chandiraj Dhakal said they drew attention of NC chief Koirala stating that the industrialists were closing their companies due to strike, loadshedding and donation terror in the name of different organizations.

Dhakal said Koirala has assured the industrialists to extend support from his side and move the economic sector independently despite political uncertainty in the country. RSS
