Flood sweeps away five houses in Myagdi

MYAGDI: Five houses were swept away by flood at Doba VDC in Myagdi district this morning. The house of one Shree Bahadur Garbuja at Doba VDC-5 has been buried by flood. Similarly, the huge flood triggered by torrential rain has flattened one house each at Chunari and Katunje.

The flood has also damaged the local Krishna Primary School building. It has swept away a parked truck also.

A police rescue team has been sent to the affected area, according to the District Police Office, Myagdi. RSS
