Fire guts two houses in Parsa

KATHMANDU: Two houses were destroyed and property worth Rs 800,000 was gutted in a fire at Nichuta VDC in Parsa district this morning.

According to the Armed Police Base Camp, Pokhariya, property worth millions of rupees was destroyed in the fire. The fire was started from a grocery of Shiva Saha of Nichuta VDC-1 after an electric short circuit, said Manoj Kurmi, Sub-Inspector of the Armed Police Force.

Locals and personnel of the Armed Police Force brought the fire under control after an hour of the fire. RSS
