Fin Min pledges budget through consensus
The Finance Minister made this remark while inaugurating the tax office at Dhulikhel in Kavre district today. Saying efforts are underway to bring the budget on political consensus, Finance Minister Pun claimed that most of indices of economic sector are good.
He added that this has given a message that economic development could also be forwarded in transitional period. The Finance Minister said that the budget will come on time and it will address the problems of industry and business.
Finance Minister Pun requested the private sector to present suitable solution by identifying problems seen in export sector.
The new budget will give priority to different sectors including three-pillar economic policy, investment promotion, energy promotion, poverty alleviation and export promotion, where there are no disputes among political parties.
On the occasion, presenting details of statistics of export sector, Finance Secretary, Krishna Hari Banskota said that the Ministry is positive to address problems of the sector.
