Encroached territory should be returned: President Deuba

MAKWANPUR: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that only protest activities could not help return back the encroached Nepali territory.
Speaking in a programme organized in Hetauda by the party today, President Deuba opined to immediate initiate diplomatic initiatives to return back the encroached territory. He said not a single inch of our soil would be allowed to be encroached by foreigners.
On another note, he stressed on internal unity in the party to make it stronger.
Similarly, NC senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel opined that the NC should compete with the communists in Nepal.
NC vice President Bimalendra Nidhi, General Secretary Shashanka Koirala, leader Ram Sharan Mahat among others had spoken in the programme.
