COVID-19 infected tally reaches 2099 in Nepal

Phurpa Sherpa, KATHMANDU:- The number of people infected with COVID-19 has increased again in Nepal. According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) spokesperson Dr. Bikash Devkota, an additional 288 cases have been confirmed in the regular press briefing.

Out of 288 infected people, 270 are males and 18 are females are from Syangja, Saptari, Banke, Rautahat, Surkhet, Dailekh, Salyan, Achham, Bara, Dang, Pyuthan, Kanchanpur, Kailali, Dhanusha, Sarlahi, Siraha, Bhaktapur, Dhading, Kapilvastu, Kathmandu, Nawalparasi(east) Nuwakot, Mahottari, Bardiya, Nawalparasi(west) and Rupandehi.

At the same time, the number of people infected with the COVID-19 in Nepal has reached 2099. And the health condition of the infected is said to be normal by the Ministry.
Similarly, the number of people returning home after recovery has reached 266 in Nepal
