Corruption Index Shows Africa Still Struggling, but Senegal, Ivory Coast Star Performers
(VOA): Corruption is getting worse in many parts of the world, according to the nongovernmental group Transparency International, with Africa still the worst performing region. The organization's Corruption Perceptions Index does offer some surprises however, with some bright spots in West Africa, while highlighting alarming declines in some European nations.
