CJ’s ‘condition’ draws flak from NSU
Nepal Students Union (NSU) President Ranjeet Karna has warned of protest against the new government if the Chief Justice led the election government under his conditions.
Speaking at a press conference organized in Rajbiraj, he said the NC would not accept the CJ-led election government with conditions attached to it.
President Karna said that if the Chief Justice led the government ignoring the political advices it would be against the constitution and the theory of balance of power.
