Chand claims government leadership for party

KATHMANDU:  Secretary of the CPN-Maoist Netra Bikram Chanda has said a coalition government should be formed with his party’s leadership to give the country an outlet by ending the transition.

At a press meet organized today by the Revolutionary Journalists Federation Nepal at Kawasoti in Nawalparasi district, he said there would be no resolution of the country’s problems from the discussion of a couple of leaders, and that there was no alternative to formation of a coalition government through a round-table conference.
