Case filed against employee of Internal Revenue Office Bara for Bribery

According to the CIAA, Lama had taken a bribe of forty thousand rupees from the beneficiaries promising to discharge the revenue amount of the PAN number, which is not in function for a long time.

Case has been filed in Special Court against the Computer Operator of Internal Revenue Office Bara, Sudeep Lama .

The Commission on Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against Lama, for allegedly taking bribe from the customers to facilitate the closure of PAN number and waive off the Revenue fee.

According to the CIAA, Lama had taken a bribe of forty thousand rupees from the beneficiaries promising to discharge the revenue amount of the PAN number, which is not in function for a long time.

The office of the authority in Hetauda arrested the accused red-handed at a grocery shop in Jitpur-Simra, Sub-Municipality Ward No. 1, Simra Bajar.
